Susan Scott

Physiotherapist

I am a Senior Physiotherapist at Brighton Beach Physiotherapist and have been part of the team for over 4 years.  I have previously worked in both the public and private sectors in South Africa, Zimbabwe, England and South Australia.  I have over 20 years of experience with managing a wide range of conditions.  I continue to remain committed to working with people of all ages, making a positive difference in their pathway to recovery.

I am a keen sports person having competed as a gymnast at state level and tennis, netball and road running at club level.  I have represented Australia in my age group for triathlon (swimming, cycling and running).  I have a keen interest along with a holistic approach in the treatment of athletes with sports related injuries and musculoskeletal problems.  This has specifically included lower limb biomechanical assessment, basic bike set up and assessment and community based bike workshops concentrating on the prevention of injuries.

I am married with 2 boys and am actively involved with the North Coast Triathlon Club and Ocean Ridge Tennis Club.
