Do you need to lose weight for a health reason such as diabetes, heart condition, high cholesterol or are you Preparing for pregnancy?

Chris Joyce – Exercise Physiologist is the person that you need to talk to. He will explain and guide you through successful change and help you achieve a healthy lifestyle balance.

Chris will give you easy to follow nutritional advice and can design a simple exercise program suited to your needs.

Chris obtained both his Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Exercise Science through ECU and is currently working towards a PhD in Clinical Biomechanics. He is an accredited Exercise Physiologist who has over 9 years experience.

Chris has an in-depth knowledge of and experience in:

  • Exercise science
  • Nutrition
  • Rehabilitation
  • Biomechanics and exercise training methods
  • Strength and conditioning training of professional and amateur athletes, junior athletes
  • Exercise rehabilitation of post and pre-surgery clients
  • Diabetic management
