Reformer – is the most user friendly apparatus on which to perform a wide range of core exercises combined with leg and arm work. It is an ideal piece of equipment to observe and address correct alignment and muscle action. |
| Trap Table – this piece of equipment offers the same benefits as the reformer but also allows hanging exercises, develops balance and coordination as well as strength. It is a very enjoyable piece of equipment and makes your workout fun. | ![]() |

Wunda Chair – It is well suited to improve general fitness and the exercises are functional and closely related to every day movements. |
| Barrel – there are two kinds of barrel:
1. High/ ladder barrel Both are ideal for strengthening back extensors and abdominal muscles. |

Magic Circle – it is an excellent piece to use in a mat class and adds challenge and variety to exercises.
We stock a variety of the magic circles from the high resistance traditional magic circle to the padded and less resistant modern version. |
