Losing weight is often a very difficult and frustrating process, with many quick fixes and new innovative ideas confusing the underlying picture. Unfortunately there is no substitute for a healthy balanced diet and graduated exercise program. Our Exercise Physiologists, in conjunction with your GP and other healthcare practitioners, such as a dietician, will work with you to put together a plan to assist you with your weight loss goals. There are many options for exercising, from simple walking programs to gym memberships, boot camps or personal training sessions. Unfortunately these options often leave you confused and on your own or with someone who does not have the university level qualifications required to address your personal healthcare needs. Our Exercise Physiologists are highly skilled in being able to put together a program that will provide steady, sustainable weight loss in a way that will not put your health at risk.

  • Monday - Thursday: 7am - 7pm
  • Friday: 7am - 5pm
  • Saturday: 8am - 12 noon
