Principal Physiotherapist

Katy brings a wealth of knowledge to our team from her clinical and sporting experience in both New Zealand and Australia. Katy gained her Bachelor degree in New Zealand along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Medicine and Post Graduate Certificate in Western Acupuncture. She has worked with various Rugby Union and Rugby 7’s teams in New Zealand up to a top Provincial level. Katy herself claimed the 2010 NZ Welterweight Title in Amateur Boxing and so has a keen interest in working with athletes involved in contact sports and Martial Arts.

Katy also has a particular interest in the treatment of Hip and Pelvis dysfunction and also in Headache and Migraine management. She believes the key to successful rehabilitation starts with comprehensive assessment.

Katy has a positive approach to recovery and takes great satisfaction in seeing her clients off with a new-found confidence to return to their chosen lifestyle.

Sarah Phillips

Clinical Physiotherapist

Sarah is a highly experienced Clinical Physiotherapist who earned her Physiotherapy degree from Curtin University more than a decade ago. Throughout her career, she has gained diverse experience in various healthcare settings, including private practice, rural practice, industrial and mining, and the disability sector.

Sarah’s passion lies in serving clients of all age groups, with a particular focus on neck pain and headache management, paediatric musculoskeletal injuries, developmental treatment, and musculoskeletal conditions across all age groups to facilitate recovery.

Her treatment philosophy revolves around a thorough initial assessment and the development of patient-centered goals to ensure her clients achieve optimal functionality and the lifestyle they desire. Sarah employs a range of manual therapy techniques and integrates movement-based therapy, drawing upon her expertise in Pilates, to help clients attain their goals.

Sarah’s commitment is to offer holistic and evidence-based individualized treatment programs that empower her patients to lead their best lives. Her special interests include:
